GINGER & MANGO MORNING SICKNESS SUMMER LOLLY PICK ME UP

WHAT YOU WILL NEED…..

 

1 ripe mango, cheeks removed, coarsely chopped

150g Crème fraîche

Knob ginger grated

Squeeze of lemon

Lolly pop forms

Wooden lolly sticks

 

METHOD

Step 1
.

Place mango, ginger & squeeze of lemon in the bowl of a food processor and process until smooth. Add Crème fraîche and gently fold until mixture is just combined. Spoon the mango mixture evenly among the lolly moulds.

Step 2.


Place in the freezer for 5 hours or until firm.

STEP 3 .

Take them out let them sit for a little till slightly melted to slide them out….and enjoy!
